Applied Finance in Global Markets
September 21 - 22, 2009 • Carnegie Mellon University • Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Program Overview
Managers are constantly pushed to meet and surpass business goals. An essential
component of decision making is a solid understanding of the financial
structure of the company and the impact that decisions will have on the bottom
line. Having this knowledge is fundamental to developing and implementing a
strategic business perspective. This two-day program addresses key
principles in finance that apply to entities from all sectors (profit and
non-profit) - from regionally focused public organizations to internationally
operating enterprises and global corporations.

The program fee of $1,600 covers tuition, course materials, group transfers,
and most meals. Three or more participants from a single company or
participants from companies with <500 employees receive a 10% discount.
