Leadership as a Daily Challenge: An Integrated Approach

Program Overview
Managers who have successfully completed a leadership assignment and aspire to higher roles in their company will benefit from this week-long executive forum. Leading faculty from Carnegie Mellon University will address topics including negotiation skill building, star performance and leadership in formal and informal network situations. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate, practice and improve their personal leadership skills by applying new techniques and strategies in group work.

Registration & Fees
The program fee of $6,500 covers tuition, course materials, group transfers, and most meals. Three or more participants from a single company or participants from companies with <500 employees receive a 10% discount.

Lodging
Special rates for lodging have been arranged at the Holiday Inn - University Center, which is within close proximity to the campus. Lodging details are provided with your registration confirmation.
