Program Overview
Globalization, competitive pressure, new technologies, and optimization approaches challenge executives with new opportunities for creating responsive, efficient, and practical supply chains. Optimized supply chains provide competitive advantage by increasing quality, speed, and service while reducing overall costs. In this workshop you will learn how to develop and execute an international operations strategy that fits the needs of your firm, your suppliers, and your customers. You will also learn key recent advance that are changing the shape of supply chain decision making and how to use the advances to stay competitive in a world with heightened expectations for service.
