Program Overview
As complex projects become even more complicated with new technologies and interfaces, managers and engineering team leaders face increased quality, scheduling, cost, and performance risks that can affect customer and shareholder value. The program addresses capabilities and leadership in the arena of Systems Engineering, and will show how to: communicate to execute projects more effectively, lead more effectively, use new decision analysis and support tools, proactively manage schedule and cost risks, manage software development as part of the total program, and leverage the latest in systems engineering/integration concepts.
